After general understanding of buyers requirements, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)  will be signed with the buyer and a range of options will be provided to the buyer. 

INQUIRY

  1. Bridging -Trade has an extensive database of manufacturers and will be directly in contact with credible manufacturers in Pakistan.
  2. Manufacturer will provide samples as per buyer’s specifications and send to the buyer through Bridging -Trade.
  3. Once the samples are approved, delivery, payment terms and order quantities will be discussed.

QUOTATION

  1. After finalising service contract with Bridging -Trade, Manufacturer will then quote to the buyer through us.
  2. When the buyer accepts the prices, terms of delivery and payment, we will move to the next step.

L/C & LOGISTICS

  1. Buyer opens L/C in favour of the manufacturer directly as per the terms of agreement through his bank.
  2. Bridging -Trade can also help include pre-shipment inspection, in order to make sure that the goods are made as per their specifications.
  3. Bridging-Trade can arrange all logistics support for timely and economical delivery of goods.

SHIPMENT

  1. Manufacturer will then send the shipment by sea or by air and get paid by the buyer’s bank.
  2. Bridging-Trade claim of service charges to be cleared by the parties.
